These two semi-attached federation terraces, and studio, were reimagined and designed by Benn and Penna Architects to accommodate multi-generational, family life. This involved major alterations, including a first floor addition, major structural work and a complete internal fit out. House one features recycled spotted gum, tallowwood and blackbutt timber internally. House two features limed floorboards and beautifully crafted birch plywood joinery. The care and skill throughout this project has resulted in two very special dwellings.
