Maroubra House

Maroubra House was a dilapidated 1940’s home. The initial challenge was resolving the conflict between the main access and views being from the south of the site, while the garden and sun was from the north. The design solution was to reverse the house and relocate the main access to the upper north side and to open up the house as much as possible to allow views through to the south. The result was an open plan 3 bedroom residence with study, pool and cabana. Maroubra House has been featured in Houzz Magazine and was on the cover of Trends International Magazine.
